painting in 2006, he studied arts at the Escola Secundária António
Arroio and later jewelery
in Escola de Joalharia Contacto Directo, where participated in
exhibitions of end of the year . He first exhibited his work in the
street- at Rua Garrett in Lisbon, where small format displays with
themes about politics "Punk" religion "Punk" love
"Punk" and sexuality "Punk". The creation process
is highly emotional. With his painting is often considered violent,
urban, with a record of Street Punk Art. In his work uses primary
colors, because of watching TV. Cartier can show through painting
his pure emotions, which he truly feels- and that's what interests he
as an artist and world citizen.

In 2007 went to Estonian Art Academy to study leather art and design, With school projects participated two collective bookbinding exhibitionIn February 2011went to Portugal as an exchange student in Faculdade de Belas Artes Universidade do Porto, studied basic graphic techniques, animation, painting and drawing.In 2011 joined with artists in residence project in Porto -Casa Amarela. August 2011 was co-curator together with Marita Lumi in collective exhibition Baltica-Atlantica. In November co-organized project Virus, where present performance together with Cartier and first solo-exhibition of paintings- Immigrant in cafe Ceuta in Porto.
In painting use a lot of bright colors, contrasts, different materials. Often use theatrical themes and characters like clowns, masquerade. Themes are more people or animal centered, studied emotions. Association with clowns and harlequins. Lots of inspiration comes from music, street, people relations, nature and life.
